How to Delete Your Account
Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Seva Sadhna account and all associated data from our platform.
Deleting your account will erase all your consultation history, bookings, palm analysis records, and personal data. This cannot be undone.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the Seva Sadhna App
Launch the Seva Sadhna app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.

Go to Your Profile
Tap the Profile icon (person icon) in the bottom navigation bar. This will open your account dashboard.

Scroll Down to Find "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen, below the Logout button. You will see the red "Delete Account" button.

Tap "Delete Account"
Tap the "Delete Account" button. A confirmation dialog will appear warning you that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Confirm the Deletion
Read the confirmation prompt carefully, then tap "Confirm Delete" to permanently remove your account. You will be logged out immediately.

What Data Gets Deleted?
All past and upcoming guru consultations
Uploaded palm images and analysis results
VIP darshan bookings and prasad orders
Name, phone number, email, and preferences
Saved payment methods and transaction history
All custom notification preferences
Prefer to Request Deletion by Email?
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number or email address.

Your account is deactivated and you are logged out across all devices.
Your personal profile data and login credentials are permanently erased.
All transaction records and consultation data are deleted from our servers.
Residual backup copies are purged from disaster-recovery systems.
